Annual FSE review with First Aid 2026

According to the Norwegian regulation “Forskrift om sikkerhet ved arbeid i og drift av elektriske anlegg (FSE)” businesses affected by the regulation must ensure that personnel who work on or near, as well as operate electrical installations receive the necessary training (FSE §7). The requirement applies both to those who work in low-voltage systems and in high-voltage systems. The training must be repeated once a year, but more often if conditions make this necessary. There should not be more than 12 months between each training session.

Practical information

The course can be viewed on a PC, smartphone or tablet as long as the device is connected to the internet. A certificate of completion is included in the price. Note that the Norwegian authorities (DSB) also require that personnel who work in or near electrical installations need to undergo training in practical first aid at least every 12 months. You can register for a practical first aid course.
